I came back! The sunny vibes and welcoming staff make this place a favorite. I ordered the Brazilian cheese bites, ahi tuna salad, iced Americano, and iced lavender latte. Everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic, as usual! Went on a Saturday noon and there wasn't a line and a good amount of available seating. :-)

I've been wanting to try Ubuntu for quite some time. I've heard only great things about it and its near my work. I met with one other person here for some quick bites at 4 (when they switch to their dinner menu). We ended up sharing just their Angry Chicken Popcorn Bites and the Crispy Pork Belly. I also got a wine. The angry chicken popcorn bites were our favorite between the two. It was drenched in a yummy sauce and came with a house made aioli. We didn't care too much for the Crispy Pork Belly. We thought it was a little over cook. It was two pieces that sat on top of some white beans. I would probably skip on that next time. The inside of the place is cute and it has an open feel. It has a nice patio area to sit and hang out. The girls working there are nice and kept checking up on us. It has a great vibe. The food was alright. I would come back again for the vibe and to hang out. But I also want to come back to try their brunch and coffees.

It is a little pricey but if you don't mind spending a little bit, go for it. Dog friendly place, recommend to come early for parking, they have a small parking lot and there is street parking or park-meter. Love that it is next to Colorado Lagoon and you can walk after. Staff was nice and friendly.

I will keep it simple right off the bat. The food was a solid 9/10 but the real showstoppers here were the staff. I do not know what they are feeding or paying these people but we interacted with four different employees and their service was 200% we left a tip when we paid at the register but service was so good we had to leave an additional and bigger tip when we left! High five guys!

Ubuntu Cafe is truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the servers and cashier, instantly making us feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with a vibe that beautifully blends a homey feel with a touch of Brazilian charm. We started with an omelette paired with their famous million dollar bacon--an indulgent, savory treat that lived up to its name. The Brazilian cheese bread was a standout, offering a delightful, authentic taste of Brazil. For a sweet finish, we had the croissant banana cream croissant, which was decadent and delicious. The lattes--lavender and French toast--were uniquely flavorful and perfectly complemented the meal. The outdoor seating was just as lovely, featuring a beautiful fountain surrounded by fresh flowers that added a serene and picturesque touch to the experience. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our meal.

This place was soo cute! & to think we only found it cuz we were trying to recycle cardboard across the street lol. We stopped by on a Saturday morning around 930, it was already pretty busy and a line to order was already forming. It's set up like a fast casual place, where you order, get a table number, and then find a seat. But nothing about the service was casual! The lovely lady taking our order left the register to get us seated with a highchair, which was super sweet. & different servers were checking in on us every so often during our meal. They have this indoor/outdoor set up and it was such a beautiful morning with a lot of sun, and the outdoor space had plants and a little waterfall fountain. Very cute and made the space so enjoyable. He got the chilaquiles with shortrib, I got the breakfast sandwich, and we got an order of the brazilian cheese bread. Everything was really tasty (especially the cheese bread), although probably just 4 stars, but I'm giving it 5 for the service and dining experience. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Brazilian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fun open air ambience. Order at the counter. But if you need anything else during your meal you can flag down any staff member who may be walking around. Such as for a refill on your coffee. Be sure to start with their homemade Brazilian cheese bread (Pão de queijo) which is like tiny golf ball sized buns. They also have a nice variety of bakery items on display. The Portuguese Sausage was good, I've had better. The Millionaire's Bacon was too thick and chewy. I know it's supposed to be thick but it was unmanageable. Next time I'll get their regular Niman Ranch Bacon. The Omelette and the Famous Scrambled Eggs were both cooked perfectly. Not overcooked nor charred brown. I wish all places cooked their eggs like this. We got them with mushrooms and they were great. They come with nicely cut fingerling potatoes. They also come with small sliced toasted baguette with whipped butter and homemade jam. The white bread was better than the brown bread. The coffee was nice and bold. They have a little bar with alcohol at the foot of the entrance.

And normally not a fan of restaurants where you need to pay at the register first and then sit, but this place was so good. I would do it over and over again. we placed our order and found our seat. As soon as we sat down, we had such great service. People were passing by and checking on us constantly. Our food came pretty fast and it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant is beautiful, situated on a corner next to a park. It has a pond going through it and it was just very calm and relaxing. Definitely recommend not only for the ambience before the amazing food and amazing service

Great service, awesome environment, indoor and out. I wasn't too fond of the one bathroom situation. Long waits. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. The vanilla latte was good, too.
